Integrated Justice
Integrated justice refers to methods to improve the harmonisation of efforts amongst the various agencies responsible for the administration of the criminal justice system. These include coordination between different agencies such as the law enforcement, the judiciary and the prison services; within different agencies such as the courts, prosecution and defence, and finally with victim support organisations. One of the critical areas for enhancing the criminal justice system is through better information exchange and coordination processes which allows for the delivery of justice in a more timely and efficient manner.
