Enhancing coordination processes

Improved coordination amongst government officials promotes the development of actions to improve delivery on agreed objectives. Often both governmental and non-governmental role players working within the safety and security realm required decisive intervention to coordinate activities. More common than not, institutional or organisation work loads, time and resource constraints and competing priorities undermine effective coordination to the detriment of the determined objectives. SaferAfrica through its experience in enhancing coordination amongst role players provides the platform through which actions and activities can be harmonised in a non-threatening and work conducive environment.  Coordination workshops are often facilitated by SaferAfrica – often at our offices in Pretoria – to provide the space for coordination of role players. Usually, safety and security coordination processes, whether at a national, regional or continental level, require a series of meetings to adequately address the issue at hand.
