SURPAZ

SURPAZ is an expert activity area that houses specific capacity and action projects to improve the capacity of governments in the South (across regions) to interact with each other behind common peace, safety, security and developmental agendas. Its final goal is to generate indigenous capacity that is sustainable at world class level for the practitioners of the South to engage in international processes and make their needs known and their talents recognized. It also acts as a North-South information management and exchange resource, for example, in calling attention of needs and financial and technical assistance to the South.
